Description
Made from one of the four noble grape varieties of Alsace, its finesse and distinction make it a great wine for fine dining. This wine is produced from a qualitative selection of our grapes.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on lees for more than 6 months without malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the freshness and varietal aromas of the grape variety.
Round and smooth with refined aromas. It offers a fine balance between freshness and substance.
