100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your United Cellars purchase, please contact us within 100 days of sale to arrange for a return of the remaining product, certain terms and conditions do apply.
Upon return, we can use the returned value and replace it with a preferred product or provide you with store credit towards future purchases.
(Please note that initial pick-up/return is free; however, if you make changes after initiating the return or if you require a second lodgement, we will deduct costs of subsequent pick-ups from your overall credit.)
In instances of fault, we can arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit. Freight and 1.6% AMEX/Diners merchant fees are non-refundable. (Please note that we allow up to 100 days to make a claim; after that, we don’t accept claims.)
This policy does not apply to auction and selected cellar release items that are older vintages of more than 20 years.
Price Match Promise
If you order a product and then see another merchant advertise it for less within 20 days, email us a copy of the advertisement or a link to the lower price, and we'll credit you the difference.
