This gorgeous example of Hawke's Bay Syrah is a blend of fruit from Gimblett gravels and Bridge Pa. Fruit is destemmed and aged in a blend of new and seasoned French oak barriques for 14 months. Complex flavours of black cherry, plum, black pepper, licorice and baking spice, to name a few, are framed by silky, fine tannins. Enjoy over the next 5-10 years.
