A genuinely classic Central Otago wine- a dry style Pinot Gris with impressive fruit sweetness that will fool your palate. It has only 2 grams of residual sugar per litre! The wine displays uplifting floral and white peach aromas, with hints of honeysuckle and rosehip. Medium bodied, with fresh acidity, bright green apple and dried apricot flavours and underlining mineral tones. Dry and elegant, with superb balance and subtle spice notes on a long finish.
