Since 1997, Mount Edward has championed cool-climate Austrian varieties in Central Otago. Gruner Veltliner is hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented wild in stainless steel and large old oak. The result is dry and spicy, with white pepper, pear and savoury length.
