This fresh rosé wine consists of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Cinsault. It develops its flavor best at a drinking temperature of 14 to 16 °C. A delicious rosé wine with fine aromas of fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. It will pair with fish dishes, summer salads, as well as grilled meats and many other type of Provence-style dished. Also perfect by itself as an aperitif.
