Terra Nova (Latin for “new land”) is their tribute to the ship that was ideally suited for the polar expeditions known for carrying the 1910 British Antarctic Expedition.

Lively and juicy, this wine entices with citrus, tropical fruit, and a refreshing herbaceous character, harmonized with hints of lime and passionfruit.

A light bodied wine offering crisp acidity and a pleasing finish.

    • Description

The Scott Base Vineyard was established in 1994 and is situated in the heart of Central Otago on terraces overlooking the town of Cromwell and Lake Dunstan. Scott Base is a terraced vineyard with sandy, silty, loam soil, and sustainably managed. The vines are spur pruned and the laterals removed to encourage the vine to concentrate on fruit production. A lively and invigorating herbal aroma accompanies this Sauvignon Blanc, featuring the delightful taste of ripe tropical and citrus fruits, intertwined with notes of key lime and ruby grapefruit. It encapsulates the quintessence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
