      Gonzalez Byass Elegante Cream Sweet is a classic sweet sherry blend from Jerez, combining the nutty depth of oxidatively aged Palomino Fino with the natural richness of Pedro Ximenez. Grapes are grown on the region’s chalk-rich albariza soils and vinified separately before blending, with the Palomino component aged for around five years in seasoned American oak casks within the traditional solera and criadera system. The addition of Pedro Ximenez introduces luscious sweetness and dark fruit intensity, creating a harmonious and smooth style. Deep mahogany in colour, Elegante Cream Sweet offers aromas of raisin, dried fig, date, toffee and candied orange peel alongside notes of polished wood and warm spice. The palate is rich and velvety, layering flavours of dried fruit, caramel, molasses and chocolate with balanced acidity that prevents heaviness and carries a long, indulgent finish. Bottled at 17.5% ABV, it is superb served slightly chilled with blue cheese, chocolate desserts, fruitcake or as a contemplative digestif.
