Description
Every aspect of production is carefully tended by one winemaker- Andrew Fox. Wild ferments, no filtration, no additives and plenty of skin contact come together to make it a vibrant, complex, and textural wine. Dark, deep, purple-hued ruby-red colour. The nose is tightly concentrated with aromas of red and black berry and cherry fruit, lifted by red and violet florals, unveiling subtle, piquant herbal nuances. Medium-full bodied and elegantly proportioned, the palate features juicy and sweetly bright fruit flavours of dark red berry and cherry fruit that form a good core. Some herbal nuances add interest and detail. Fine-grained tannin structure and the wine carries to a slender, but firm, lingering finish.
