Description
This awesome value for money Barossa Shiraz is intense red in colour with a purple hue. There is a lovely aromatic bouquet of dark berries and cedar spice. The palate is rich and luxurious with ripe cherry and plum characters, soft velvety tannins and a hint of spice on the finish. Shiraz from carefully selected vineyards in the Barossa Valley was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for approximately 7-10 days to enhance colour, tannin, and flavour. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on French oak for approximately 12 months A perfect match with Char-grilled balsamic lamb and rosemary potatoes.
