Founded 1997, Mount Edward sources Pisa Terrace Riesling from a high-altitude, single vineyard in Central Otago. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed and fermented cool in stainless. The wine is dry, with pure lime, florals and taut acidity, built for aging.
