    • Description

The Nautilus Cuvée Marlborough Brut NV is a refined, elegant traditional method sparkling from Marlborough, built to balance richness and finesse. Predominantly Pinot Noir with Chardonnay support, it undergoes three years on lees before disgorgement, gaining depth and texture. It pours a pale straw hue with a fine bead and creamy mousse. On the nose, brioche, nutty toast, lemon curd, orange blossom and flint notes mingle with wild strawberry and grapefruit pith. The palate is bright and mineral-driven, showing grapefruit peel, mandarin, red berries and saline tension, all framed in a lively mousse and crisp acidity. It finishes dry, persistent and well-balanced, ideal as an aperitif or paired with oysters, smoked salmon or creamy hors d’oeuvres.
