    • Description

Alois Lageder Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC 2022 showcases the estate's long-standing pursuit of terroir transparency through biodynamic viticulture in the Dolomites. Founded in 1823, Lageder sources this Chardonnay from organically farmed vineyards in South Tyrol, where the interplay of altitude and limestone soils drives freshness and structure. The grapes are gently pressed, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in stainless steel to preserve purity. The result is a crisp, precise white wine with notes of lemon peel, green apple, and crushed rock, framed by vibrant acidity and a clean, dry finish that reflects its alpine origin.
