    • Description

Alois Lageder Mimuet Pinot Noir IGT 2021 is a focused expression of northern Italian elegance, produced by one of Alto Adige's most respected biodynamic estates, established in 1823. Sourced from carefully selected vineyards at 400-500 metres elevation, this cuvée undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by maturation in a mix of large oak casks and smaller barrels to balance vibrancy and depth. The wine delivers lifted aromas of wild strawberry and cranberry, layered with alpine herbs and fine spice. Sleek acidity and polished tannins frame the palate, making it a versatile choice for refined food pairings or mid-term cellaring.
