A fuller and more structure expression of the Ash Ridge Syrahs, the Premium cuvee is generously full-bodied framed by firm yet inviting tannins. The nose displays aromas of boysenberry, plum and oaky spice. The palate shows a savoury aspect to the wine, harmoniously integrated with flavours of ripe plum, red berries, baking spice and white pepper. A fantastic food wine, to be enjoyed with the likes of herb-crusted lamb rack or venison pie.
