Delinquente Wine Co., launched in 2013 in South Australia's Riverland, champions sustainable viticulture and low-intervention winemaking with a focus on Southern Italian grape varieties. Roko il Vagabondo 2022 is made from 100% Montepulciano grown organically on red sandy loam over limestone, hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeast. The wine undergoes maceration in stainless steel with no oak influence, bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulphur. Plush and fruit-driven with black cherry, plum, and soft tannins, this is a bright, medium-bodied red ideal for chilling lightly and drinking young.
