    • Description

Delinquente Wine Co., based in South Australia's Riverland, was founded in 2013 by Con-Greg Grigoriou to champion organically farmed Italian varietals in one of Australia's warmest regions. The 2024 vintage of Tuff Nutt Pet-Nat Blanc is made from Bianco d'Alessano grown on certified organic vines, hand-picked early to retain vibrant natural acidity. Fermentation begins with wild yeasts in stainless steel, then finishes in bottle without disgorgement, resulting in a naturally cloudy, unfiltered pétillant naturel. Bright and bone dry, it shows lemon sorbet, green apple skin, and crushed herbs with energetic fizz and a salty finish - ideal served well-chilled and shaken gently before opening.
