    • Description

Delinquente Wine Co. was established in 2013 in the Riverland by Con-Greg Grigoriou with a focus on minimal-intervention wines from organic southern Italian varieties. Weeping Juan Pet-Nat Rosé 2024 is made from organically grown Nero d'Avola, harvested early for bright acidity and wild-fermented in stainless steel before completing fermentation in bottle. It is left undisgorged, unfiltered, and unfined to retain character and texture. The result is a cloudy, bone-dry pét-nat bursting with sour cherry, blood orange, and a lick of salinity, wrapped in fine, chalky bubbles and finishing with crisp, refreshing cut.
