Crafted from grapes grown on the Barton Vineyard, one of Martinborough’s oldest sites, known for its deep alluvial gravels and rich, robust Pinot Noir characteristics.

Made with 21% whole clusters, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged in 43% new French oak barriques for 20 months, enhancing its complexity and soft mouthfeel.

Enjoy a rich tapestry of dark chocolate, soy, Christmas cake, and dark berries, complemented by aromatic notes of dried herbs, paprika, and black olives, with a dense structure and firm tannins that promise excellent aging potential.
