Fattoria La Valentina Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC 2022 is a certified sustainable wine from this pioneering estate founded in 1990 in Spoltore, on the Adriatic side of the Abruzzo hills. Focused on expressing local terroir through low-intervention methods, La Valentina hand-harvests Montepulciano grapes from coastal-influenced vineyards. Fermentation is conducted in stainless steel with native yeasts, followed by brief ageing in neutral vessels to preserve fruit purity.
