Description
Graham's, founded in 1820 and part of the Symington family, produces its 20 Year Old Tawny Port from estate vineyards in the Douro Valley, notably Quinta dos Malvedos and neighbouring properties. Grapes are hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel tanks, then the wines are transferred to seasoned oak casks in Graham's Vila Nova de Gaia cellars for extended oxidative ageing. Over two decades, multiple casks are blended to achieve the hallmark balance, complexity, and smoothness of the house style. The finished port shows deep amber colour, aromas of dried apricot, roasted nuts and orange peel, with a palate that is mellow, layered, and supported by fresh acidity. Bottled at 20% abv under natural cork and presented in a gift tube, Graham's 20 Year Old Tawny is ready to enjoy on release and pairs well with cheese, desserts, or as a chilled digestif. No decanting required.
