Description
Graham's, founded in 1820 and managed by the Symington family, produces Blend No. 5 White Port from select indigenous white grape varieties, primarily Malvasia Fina and Moscatel Galego, sourced from estate vineyards in the Douro Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to emphasise freshness and aromatics. The wine is aged for up to two years in large seasoned oak vats at Graham's cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia before blending and bottling to preserve a crisp, modern profile. Blend No. 5 is non-vintage and made in a drier style, with aromas of citrus, stone fruit, and subtle floral notes, complemented by lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Bottled at 19% abv under a driven cork, this white port is designed to be served chilled, either neat or as a base for contemporary cocktails such as white port and tonic.
