Claire and Mike Allan founded Huia in 1996, setting new organic standards in Marlborough. Riesling grapes are hand-picked, gently pressed, and fermented at low temperature in stainless tanks. The finished wine is off-dry, with lime zest, florals and vibrant acidity, offering excellent aging potential.
