Huia, established 1996, is a pioneer in Marlborough organics, with estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc from Wairau Valley. Grapes are cool-fermented in stainless steel with minimal intervention. The result is intensely aromatic, with gooseberry, lime and passionfruit, dry and vibrant for immediate enjoyment.
