Since 1996, Huia has been a benchmark for organic Marlborough wines, led by Claire and Mike Allan. The Sparkling Rosé blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, all hand-picked, with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees contact. It shows delicate pink hue, fine bead, red fruit and subtle brioche notes.
