Description
Huia, established 1996, leads in sustainable Marlborough Chardonnay from estate sites. Grapes are handpicked, whole-bunch pressed, wild-fermented in French oak with partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is a beautiful blend of Pinot Gris, Viognier and Riesling with a hint of Sauvignon Blanc, it's fresh, with white peach, citrus and delicate oak, balanced for early drinking or short cellaring.
