    • Description

Calvarino Cinque is Pieropan's limited bottling celebrating five decades of their pioneering single-vineyard Soave, first released in 1971. Sourced from volcanic soils in the historic Calvarino site, the wine is crafted entirely from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in glass-lined cement tanks, then matured on fine lees to preserve clarity and texture. The result is a tightly coiled, mineral-driven white with lemon zest, chamomile, and crushed stone character. Vibrant, saline and structured, it offers long ageing potential and represents a landmark in Soave's evolution.
