Seresin, certified organic since 2000, produces Beautiful Chaos Pinot Noir from estate blocks, with wild ferment and amphora aging. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented on skins in clay vessels and bottled unfined. The wine is vivid, pure and structured, with red fruit and mineral detail.
