    • Description

Since 1984, Te Mata Estate has been renowned for its barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blancs, and the Cape Crest 2023 continues this legacy. The blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, and Sémillon is hand-harvested from the estate's historic Hawke's Bay vineyards. After fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine is aged on lees with regular stirring for 11 months, imparting depth and complexity. This meticulous process results in a wine that is both expressive and refined, embodying the unique terroir of Hawke's Bay.
