Tolaini Al Passo 2021 is a bold Super Tuscan blend from the Tolaini estate, established in 1998 in Castelnuovo Berardenga, Chianti Classico. Named after the wooded "Al Passo" hill on the property, this wine blends Sangiovese with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented separately before blending and aging 12 months in French oak (30% new). The result is a rich yet poised expression of Tuscany: dark cherry, plum, and balsamic herbs, wrapped in supple tannins and a mineral finish. A modern classic with depth and structure, suited to decanting or cellaring.
