Tolaini Legit 2018 is a single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the best parcels of the Tolaini estate, founded in 1998 in Castelnuovo Berardenga. The wine pays tribute to Thelonious Monk, whose iconic album cover adorns the label, and reflects a bold, jazz-like complexity. Fermented in stainless steel and aged 24 months in French oak (70% new), this is a structured, cellar-worthy Tuscan Cabernet. Deep cassis, cedar, graphite, and spice unfold across a concentrated palate, framed by firm tannins and excellent length. A serious wine for collectors and lovers of expressive Cabernet.
