Dry and mineral driven, the Gibbston Pinot Gris is equal parts delicious and sophistication. Extremely aromatic, bursting with aromas of pear, lime zest, almond and cream soda. Medium to full-bodied, laden with white peach, citrus & soft flint flavours with a wonderful hint of orange. A richly textured midpalate is complimented by a vibrant vein of acidity that gives the wine great length.
