Fermentation was conducted at cool temperatures in stainless steel to protect aromatics and line, followed by a period on fine lees to add mid-palate weight while keeping the profile firmly unoaked. With oak absent, terroir speaks clearly: orchard fruit and lemon are set over a chalk and iodine thread. The palate is vibrant yet even, acidity clean and well integrated, and the texture sleek rather than creamy. The finish is precise, dry and lightly saline, extending with quiet persistence.
