Maison Collet, established 1921, crafts Esprit Couture as their flagship prestige cuvée, blending old-vine grapes from Grand Cru sites. This multi-vintage blend is aged for minimum of eight years in 100-year-old chalk cellars. The wine is rich, layered and complex, with pronounced brioche, honeyed fruit and a persistent, elegant mousse.
50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier.
