Tasting Notes
Since 1921, Champagne Collet in Ay has specialised in grower champagnes and expressive blends. Their Rosé is composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, with red wine from Bouzy added for colour and fruit. After 3 years lees aging, the wine is bright, with fine bubbles, red berry fruit and a clean, dry finish.
