Delinquente Wine Co., established in 2013 in Riverland, South Australia, produces organically farmed, small-batch wines from Southern Italian grape varieties. Amaya Pet-Nat Negroamaro 2023 is a pétillant naturel made from 100% Negroamaro, hand-picked and wild-fermented before bottling with residual sugar for natural carbonation. No additions, including sulphur, are used at any stage. The result is a vibrant, deeply hued sparkling rosé with wild cherry, blood orange and aniseed aromas, creamy mousse and a dry, savoury finish - a natural wine with attitude and Riverland sun.
