Pretty Boy Rosato 2023 is made from Nero d'Avola, fermented wild in stainless steel with zero additions apart from minimal sulphur at bottling. The 2025 vintage was warm and dry, allowing ripe, expressive fruit to shine with natural acidity preserved through early picking. Dry and juicy, it delivers sour cherry, blood orange and herbal spice with a savoury finish - tailor-made for chilled summer drinking and informal tables.
