    • Description

Matane Primitivo Puglia IGT 2021 is produced in Manduria by Farnese Vini, one of Southern Italy's most prolific modern wine houses, founded in the late 1990s. Grapes are sourced from low-yielding, sun-drenched vineyards in the heart of Puglia, harvested at peak ripeness to ensure intense flavour. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by brief maturation in used French oak to soften tannins while retaining fruit purity. The result is a rich, velvety red packed with ripe blackberry, plum, and hints of vanilla and spice, ideal for grilled meats or slow-cooked dishes.
