    • Description

Mt Maude produces Pinot Gris from multiple Central Otago subregions, uniting fruit from Wanaka, Tarras, Lowburn, and Gibbston. The 2025 vintage was hand harvested, with a portion fermented in seasoned French oak and the remainder in stainless steel to retain freshness. Lees ageing enhanced weight and texture before bottling at 13.5 percent ABV. Pale gold in colour, it presents aromas of pear, quince, and spice with subtle honey undertones. The palate is dry and textural, balancing ripe fruit with crisp acidity. This regional blend reflects the Dineen family’s skill in harmonising texture and purity within the alpine climate of Otago.
