Central Otago’s Mount Edward, founded 1997, is among New Zealand’s few Chenin specialists. Hand-harvested fruit, cool-fermented in stainless steel and old barrels, with partial wild yeast. The wine is taut and dry, showing green apple, citrus and subtle texture, ready to drink or cellar.
