Since 1997, Mount Edward produces benchmark Central Otago Pinot Noir from organic vineyards. Hand-harvested, wild-fermented with partial whole cluster, matured in French oak barrels. The wine is vibrant, with red and black fruit, savoury spice and supple tannins, suited for both early drinking and cellaring.
