Since 1997, Mount Edward has made rosé from estate-grown Pinot Noir, with a dry, Provençal-inspired style. Hand-harvested, gently pressed, cool-fermented in stainless steel. The wine is pale, with strawberry and watermelon, crisp and dry for early enjoyment.
