      Since 1997, Mount Edward in Central Otago has crafted estate-based wines; their Vermouth blends local botanicals with white wine. Base wine is infused with wild herbs and spices, then fortified and aged briefly in tank. The finished Vermouth is aromatic, bittersweet and herbal, ideal for aperitifs or mixing.
