    • Description

The Nautilus Albarino 2024 is a vibrant and textural white wine from Marlborough, showcasing the variety’s hallmark freshness and maritime character. Sourced from select vineyard parcels and harvested at optimal ripeness, the fruit was cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity and aromatic intensity, with a short period on lees to enhance texture and depth. Bottled at 13.0% ABV under screwcap, the wine opens with lifted aromas of white peach, ripe pear and mandarin zest, complemented by hints of citrus blossom and sea spray. The palate is bright and focused, combining juicy stone fruit and citrus flavours with a subtle saline minerality that adds tension and length. Crisp acidity drives a long, dry finish, making this an excellent companion for seafood, grilled shellfish or light Mediterranean dishes. Enjoy now for its energy and precision or over the next three to five years as complexity builds in bottle.
