Hand gathered elderflowers are steeped in neutral spirit to extract aromatic oils before light sweetening and bottling at 17 percent ABV. Pale gold and luminous, it offers aromas of blossom, honey and herbal freshness. The palate is soft and floral with natural sweetness balanced by a clean, short finish.
