    • Description

Created by Julien at No8 Distillery in Dunedin, the Hibiscus Gin extends the classic London Dry foundation through infusion with dried hibiscus petals. Distilled in the copper stills Therese and Jackie, the base spirit combines juniper, coriander, and citrus before post-distillation infusion imparts natural pink hue and floral lift. Bottled at 42 percent ABV, it reveals aromas of rose, citrus and hibiscus with light spice. The palate is dry and graceful, showing delicate fruit tartness that fades into clean botanical persistence. Every batch is limited and hand finished, embodying No8s blend of traditional precision and modern botanical artistry rooted in New Zealands South Island.
