    • Description

Organised Chaos is a Hawke's Bay producer known for small-batch wines that balance playfulness with precision. This blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir is a bright, carbonic expression designed for vibrancy and approachability.

In 2023, hand-picked fruit underwent 100% carbonic maceration in closed tanks for 7-9 days, preserving fragrance and soft tannins. After pressing, the wine was aged in stainless steel with occasional batonnage for five months, building a supple texture while retaining freshness.

The finished wine is light-bodied and aromatic, offering raspberry, cherry and violet notes with a juicy, supple palate, refreshing acidity and modest alcohol. A lively red intended for immediate enjoyment, best served slightly chilled.
