    • Description

Pieropan, established in 1880 in Soave, Veneto, remains family-owned and is widely regarded as a benchmark producer of the region's white wines. Their 2024 Soave Classico DOC is sourced exclusively from hillside vineyards around the medieval town of Soave, planted with Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave on volcanic and limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel with no oak to emphasise freshness and varietal purity. The resulting wine is bright and linear, with citrus peel, white flowers, and almond on the nose, a saline finish, and vibrant acidity that makes it ideal for seafood or fresh cheeses.
