Description
Big Ted Pinot Noir brings Mount Edward's certified-organic Central Otago fruit to an everyday, accessible format. Grapes from estate vineyards were fermented with natural yeasts in small open fermenters, then briefly aged in seasoned oak before transfer to an oxygen-free bag-in-box. At 13.5% ABV, the wine is soft and fruit-driven, with aromas of red and dark cherry, mulberry and spice. The palate is medium-bodied, juicy and supple, with mellow tannins and a savoury finish. Vegan friendly and designed for casual entertaining, it stays fresh for weeks after opening and makes an excellent companion to outdoor dining or relaxed occasions.
